L&M: 4th Anniversary

Today's a special day, so we're getting the ice cream out! It's our 4th anniversary.

As we turn the page on another year in business, we couldn’t be happier than to celebrate with you. Yeah you! The ones who inspire us, the ones who are bold enough to collaborate with us, the ones that cheer us on, and like our posts at midnight, the ones that believe in us and push us even further.

Sure we’ve had our fair share of ups and downs, but man, we'd never trade this gig that was our 15-year-old self’s dream come true. In this year alone, we’ve grown our company from four people to seven, we’ve established a presence in NYC (another life goal), we’ve had two internships, grew our Dribbble followers to over 4,000, landed some new clients, lost some old clients, moved our Reno studio (and built an awesome new table with Jack Sutter to fill it), hired a new developer, set some KPIs, created a few policies and procedures, learned about cash flow, won a Shopify global design award, a few regional ADDY awards, and ate a ton of gelato ice cream cones from our favorite neighbors, Bibo Coffee Company.

We can’t even keep track of how many cups of coffee or tea we’ve shared. We're more than proud of our team members that help make it happen. We get compliments almost every day on how lucky we are to have this action packed team of talent. We couldn’t agree more. We’ve all pushed each other to grow, challenging each project, working closer with our amazing partners, and carrying each other through the thick and thin. Let's carry on and keep pushing for another four, or maybe even 40!
