After half of year intensive work on improvement I can definitely say that we're here ! We hired our HR manager for setup proper process, and it's great to know that we have dedicated person for it who has set up a streamlined process, which includes a test assignment and two rounds of interviews. This has helped us identify the best candidates quickly and effectively. As a result, we have hired top-notch talent, improved employee retention rates, and saved time and resources.
