Reward Center
This is the incentive program part of ImIn. The desired user behavior is that as you pick up additional hours you gain a certain status each month. The higher your status the higher your priority. This design was informed by gamification and behavioral design best practices. It was inspired by Delta's miles program and Marriott's status program. Additional the gamification elements were inspired by Apple watch's rings feature.
