Abstract logo concept for codesta, recruiting company for freela

Hey guys,

Here is the first concept I'm exploring for Codesta, a recruiting company for freelancers in IT industry. They help CTOs build their teams by provinding contractors (freelancers, not emplyees) to join their technology team.

The concept represent an abstract C monogram that reflects the idea of connection and inclusion. Also, the metaphor behind the logo is "finding the missing piece" that means the finding of freelancer that will make the team complete.
