Scholaris - Forms

On the Forms screen, the teacher can see all of the forms that either they’ve created or that are shared with them. Forms can be many things - from student assignments to parent surveys or permission slips.

How we've helped? We were responsible for the entire product design process, starting with client workshops to establish a hierarchy of all features, then iterating through low-fidelity mockups, at the end delivering hundreds of high-fidelity screens and a component library.
